      Smart and helpful people Lots of opportunities to move around if you want to Positive financial outlook, proven growth strategy Nice culture; good work-life balance Strong benefits package in regards to vacation/sick days, health insurance, and 401K Overall competitive salaries

      Cons

      OpenEdge was merged by two previous companies: Accelerated Payment Technology and Payment Processing Inc through Global Payments acquisitions. The process and product strategies are still in struggle. The management team is not stable. No clear product roadmap.
