      People are great and easygoing Monthly department outings builds team spirit Very liberal with flexible work schedule If you are in the right "Clique" there is lots of opportunity to move to management

      Cons

      Upper management is worthless Products are old Platforms are outdated Raises and promotions seem to be arbitrary and based on whether you hang out with the right people

      Very informal structure, great for career growth. Friendly employees and nice campus. Great place for your first job out of school.

      Cons

      Salary is not as competitive when compared to similar organizations. Lacks some leadership in upper management, not very hands on with mid level employees.
