      Ok to work for not worth staying

      Pros

      Friendly, ok hours, kinda ok pay right out of school

      Cons

      Manager act high and mighty, office is half build crammed everyone In 1/5 the space available, little diversity in staff, little diversity in what you design if you haven't been there 8+ years, slow computers, working remotely was a joke. No bonuses when you literally see the company doing very well.

      Pros

      OT was nice, but they already underpay you. They make it seem like its worth it. **Below** management employees were great to be around, and they were all friendly. It is a very diverse company, which could be a step in the right direction. I doubt this however.

      Cons

      I only had experience with a couple managers, but passive aggression is used towards you and other employees, and they will terminate you without warning or reason. There is no training. It is just oh figure it out on your own. This leads to you messing up because you don’t know what you are doing. Benefits are pretty terrible too.
