Pros

Overtime is great. Great place to get started with experience in welding field. Some people are friendly. Some benefits.

Cons

Pay isn’t the greatest honestly. You have to bust yourself to make good money. I worked a lot of 12-14 hour days and 5-8 hour Saturdays for only $16/hr before being terminated. I knew how to build 90% of the products there and was considered one of the top 10 welders but get paid like crap. I left but got terminated at the same time for a job with better offer. But grateful for experience. Some people are friendly but you are better off keeping it ALL to yourself.
