      Pros

      Laid back. Not a lot of urgency to complete tasks. Great people working here.

      Cons

      When it is slow it is difficult to find things to do. When there is a problem, the supervisors either talk to everyone , or you'll be blindsided with a writeup. Communication can definitely improve.

      Pros

      Great company. Great products. Growing exponentially. Work environment is comfortable and relaxed. Reasonable amount of autonomy and flexibility of work pace. Micro-management is kept to a minimum. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      As they are experiencing rapid expansion and hiring to meet demand, a formal training program could be of benefit - especially a "crash course" in manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical engineering and procedures.
