Pros

Flexible working hours. Decent intern pay. Decent guidance. Mostly friendly staff. Some good leadership.

Cons

Bad follow through on retention. Offered only hourly full-time work. Benefits are not good. Seems disorganized and unsafe at times.

A good introduction to the engineering field dealing with sheet metal

Cons

Company cuts corners with products and paying employees well, no room for growth, no real training provided (just learn as you go), benefits package is OK at best, no bonuses, holidays are 2 days off but only one day is paid
