Pros

A good company to work for and good for entry level to get a foot in the door. promotions and Bonuses. Flexible leave. Leadership is understanding to employee concerns.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive. Hard to move up in the company. While raises are given they aren't much.

A company that truly values its employees

Pros

Great employee engagement, established standards and practices, good tools (IT) to work with. A former protege company that is now a mentor to other small businesses.

Cons

Government contracting by its nature causes changes (stops and starts) that can be daunting, but GRS works as hard as it can to minimize those effects on its employees.
