Comfortable environment. Suggestion based bonus incentives. Friendly management. Some work shift flexibility. Quarterly Bonuses. Retain employees for 10+ years

Cons

Low pay for market. Antiquated programming languages and database employed to develop product. Little to no advancement opportunities.

Pros

Casual family owned environment. They have been growing steadily while I've been there, so there has been room for exceptional employees to move up. (Although there have not been a lot of new supervisor/lead positions, they do promote from within.) Financially stable and able to grow even in poor economic conditions

Cons

Currently experiencing growing pains, specifically with construction to make room for new employees Currently implementing a lot of infrastructure changes that make keeping their product stable more interesting. However, these changes will allow for significant future growth. Management wants everything done, and done now. They sometimes don't realize how much shifting priorities can affect schedules. However, they wouldn't be very good managers if they didn't want more from their employees than they are currently getting.
