I am with GSR, chennai office for more than 3 years. Work life balance is the most priorities given in GSR. It's a very employee friendly company specially for women. Management is always open to discuss the smallest issues to the bigger one. All employees are friendly to each other. All festivals are celebrated with great fun. Work from home option also there on need basic. Free and healthy snacks everyday. Office location also very good.

Cons

So far i never felt anything negative about GSR.
