      Pros

      Nothing as such, MD is cheat, he has forced one of the MD to leave the company

      Cons

      Once your project finished they will ask you to leave in 15 days. Nobody will respond properly,not even HR, infact they dont have HR they are using accountant as their HR manager. Once project finished you will not get salary on time and they will force you to leave company. They dont have much clients in mumbai, while joining they will tell you that once project finished we will find another project, but in most cases they dont have project. Only money matters to them, as far as you are at the client place they will treat you like king, once you are off the client they will treat you very badly

      Pros

      1. Salary on time. 2. If client is good you can survive otherwise nobody care about you.

      Cons

      1. Very less leave 1.25 per month and even no leave policy. 2. 3 Months Notice Period. 3. If you are on client site no body care about you, nobody listen you.

      Pros

      Opportunities to work with Prestigious client, Management and HR is fully supportive. Even when your Project finish in client location they give the opportunity with another prestigious client. Never forced to resign when you are on bench.

      I think nothing because you work with good client
