      Products improves and better. Couldn't think of any for culture.

      Cons

      Mid and higher management turn blind eye, support is nowhere to be found even if you search for it.

      Nice new office, no micro management

      Terrible training, Very poor internal management and leadership Inflexible wfh 8am start not reflected in wage Employees completely expendable

      Good starting point

      Pros

      The company is a good starting point but I felt lost in terms of growth and compensation after 2-3 years, I saw a lot of former employees join the company at a much senior position later. All in all, a good working environment and brand.

      Cons

      Stagnancy in growth after three years, compensation is competitive but could be more.
