Pros
One can take ownership of their project and complete it. People in the team have mentality to help you out if stuck at some point. Things go well with the manager, however that varies team to team. Company keeps providing goodies time and again for branding. Good place to learn syndicated research and custom research work during the early days of one's career.
Cons
In WFH scenario the working hours stretched to 10-11 hours, which was not the case while working from office. Managers keep passing time bound deliveries that stretches the working hour automatically.
