Pros

Work life balance and nothing else

Cons

where do I start... I can't call this as a company because people gets selected are not just based on talent, based on connections and family relations. It's more likely a family business for many Managers and Heads especially. If you are smart and talented just quit the company because only politicians get promoted here. Distribution wing what can I say... better not to talk about it

Pros

Sales Training every week, commission structure once you've sold £4,000 in a month, friendly and vibrant atmosphere (when results are going well). Probation is usually negotiated depending on performance & KPI's

Cons

Churn and Burn mentality with three month probation where you need four deals to pass, lots of people in and out the door. The product is difficult to get your head round & no training is given on it. Offices are poor, no canteen, kettle, microwave. Each desk has past users belongings and rubbish on it.

Terrible place to work

Pros

Interview was very easy, I assume because they don't really care who works there

Cons

The company is selling, frankly, crap. And they know they are. So you have to lie to sell the crap, provided with figures you know full well are entirely invented. You're put under a lot of pressure to extend these lies to law-breaking, as you literally stand there all day cold calling people who have never heard of your 'market leading publication' that's supposed to be in THEIR industry! The money's pretty terrible, too. For what they claimed is a graduate job, the salary is frankly shocking. the bonus structure is hardly enough to live on, especially in London. the 8am starts or occasional 8pm finishes are not worth it, especially when you consider the crap-hold of an office you're in. It seems pretty clear they're taking advantage of graduates for a reason; graduates don't realise that being paid so little to basically cold call people isn't normal.
