      Pros

      Good to work, Have proper team and management. The head manager and the team manager are very cooperative. Even the HR are also well versed.

      Cons

      Please do allocate proper work buddies who might also help the new intern. Sometimes the buddies are dumbest and they them-self doesn't know how to work in certain sheets and models. Politics in team mostly occur because of the local employees and the one who are very chatty.

      Pros

      Stable company to work with. Good opportunities to work on multiple technologies and provides a challenging work environment. Employee performance considerations with rewards and awards, and maintains consistency in salary hikes irrespective of market conditions.

      Cons

      Office is situated at non IT zone which is bit odd, otherwise okay. Some of the company policies related to leaves are not impressive.
