      Pros

      easy access due the walking distance from blackfriars station

      Cons

      Boiler room sort of sale. pretty daunting at first before one gets a hang on things. Annoying laddish environment with immature managers. Targets gets pulled out of thin air. Random changes within the team. Huge lac of respect for employees & an acceptable bullying culture

      Pros

      Develops the "you're on your own with no budget resourcefulness skill set". Whilst it sucks during the hardship, once you get out to a decent company you may weirdly appreciate some of this which will rub off on you eventually.

      Cons

      Company treats people like a commodity. If you're in Sales and have the right cut throat attitude you will do well and be looked after. If you were part of the old data monitor clique you also will do well unless you royally mess up and don't have a sacrificial lamb to hand when the "proverbial hits". If you don't fit into these categories look elsewhere unless you're desperate for work.

      Pros

      Great springboard to a more long-term and fulfilling career in a better company, and a 'playground' to put into practice skills learn't during post graduate study and gain industry experience.

      Cons

      Not a place you can stay for long, and certainly not an environment conducive to a long-term fulfilling career. Bullying and aggressive behaviour by some key members of staff is tolerated by senior management. Those considering lodging formal complaints against these key members of staff are intimidated into reconsidering. Senior management is focussed on company growth not staff retention. You are a disposable member of staff and you will pick up on that very soon after joining.
