So, policies and work style will keep on changing every few months. 4. Strike system - if you do not reach office by 9:15 AM, three such misses will deduct half day of your leave. 5. Frequent churning. No job security and the company goes on splitting itself. 6. Almost all non-office websites are blocked. Even yatra and IRCTC. If there is an emergency at home and one needs to buy ticket, it will not be possible. 7. Management and HR create fake profiles in Glassdoor and Naukri to track whether employees are trying to get jobs outside.
