      Pros

      The work life balance is great, hours are flexible as long as you meet deadlines. Office culture is relaxed, people are accommodating and friendly and willing to help. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, especially if its your first job.

      Benefits are a tad less since it is a growing company.

      There are some good people working here Fairly chilled out Good to gain entry level experience

      Awful pay No promotions - You want to progress your career here? Forget it. Long hours Management haven't got a clue 110% sales focussed - They don't care how you make a sale, as long as you do it. Unethical - A customer overcharged for a product? No worries! Milk every penny we can! Staff feel like just another cog in a stuttering machine Many employees are demotivated - There is no interest on management looking to raise morale Zero benefits Embarrassing business processes - This is supposed to be a 'big company'.
