Teamwork and a customer - first attitude have always been the hallmarks of this organization, and the remaining employees are still doing their best to keep them alive.

Cons

Leadership has good intentions but has been grasping in the dark for years. Bad decisions, poor communication and horrible timing have led to a bare-bones operation that is now in survival mode.
