In all my years in GlobalEnglish, I have enjoyed working with people who are passionate about technology, dedicated to their work and also looking for ways to become better. Global English provides fun filled and friendly environment, where people cared for each other. Also gives various opportunities and challenges to help you grow to next level.

Pros

Complete spirit turnaround during the last 12 months, when GlobalEnglish became an independent company again. Very exciting to see the company getting back on tracks and investing heavily in developing state of the art technology and content. Great pool of talent in different areas of the organization. Team spirit and positive energy is back after a few years of "darkness".

Cons

Very dispersed workforce; not always easy to build trusty relationships with your colleagues when you work remotely and/or far from the US HQ. Business still in transformation / consolidation, meaning hard (but right) decisions are being made in terms of refocusing resources and investment.
