Cons

The company culture has ceased to exist. The general consensus after the acquisition is that you are waiting to get laid off. New senior management claims to be interested in morale and culture but the feedback goes unchanged. It has become a toxic environment with no one to advocate for the little people.

Flexibility, work with international teams, decent benefits

Cons

Condescending leadership, zero transparency, lack of trust, no staff empowerment, questionable morals on all fronts, poor prioritization of product development and projects in general, loss of innovation that hasn't been regained in years, strong gender bias, no "mission"... the list goes on. This company takes advantage of hard working, lower level employees to benefit a select few senior managers. "Behind closed doors" conversations are the norm, and reorganizations happen quarterly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Work from home policy, flexibility, some good engineers and a great Product SVP (unless he's quit too).

Cons

Inexperienced senior management that vacillates constantly. An incompetent CMO Weird organizational structure - Marketing organization reports into Sales; Engineering and product management to the CEO. Culture that supports seniority rather than merit.
