Wonderful company to work for, unfortunately the culture and processes got significantly eroded after the Pearson acquisition.

Pros

Great culture, amazing group of people, inspired (and inspiring) leadership, fantastic products, fun kickoff.

Cons

Often strapped for cash, which prevents the company from really spreading is wings. This was overcome by the Pearson acquisition, but at an excessive cost.

An interesting international experience with some amazing people.

Great team selling environment: Some of the account managers are very talented and provide great support to sales people in both selling and developing/maintaining relationships. Very international co-workers and client base. Good team building and fun at annual sales kick off.

Cons

Not much training provided in some cases. Some holes in management, particularly middle manager level. Working with time zones all over the world can be stressful and make it hard to get a good night's sleep.
