Pros

- Night shift pays more - Night shift crowd is a lot nicer - Benefits are nice

Cons

- Under Paid - Overworked - Too many hours - Takes over your social lifetime - Day time managers always on your *ss - Hard to make more money and get better roles - Part time roles are treated like servants for the full time roles - Day time managers aren’t that nice (will call you out in front of a group of co-workers) - A lot of elderly people that are stuck there (they have canes and walkers doing labor), makes you feel like you will end up like that if you don’t leave

Pros

If you're from the area, excellent opportunity to jumpstart career, reasonable pay.

Cons

Heavy management, night shift hard to attain worthy recognition, promotions stink if you're not getting next level promotion.
