GlobalFoundries India suffers from poor workplace facilities, Very limited career growth for junior engineers and significant management level politics that undermine fairness and team morale. Technical leadership is weakened by the promotion of professionals without a semiconductor background into senior roles (for example, Deputy Director positions in GFES), While an overstaffed HR function is widely perceived as unsupportive of employee interests. Additionally, experience gained through GFES has limited recognition outside the company, restricting external career mobility. Overall the environment lacks strong technical leadership and employee‑centric practices making it a workplace the reviewer would not recommend.
