Nothing much. Just a typical MNC.

Cons

Too many incompetent ‘i dont care attitude’ and ‘blaming’ management. Descrimination towards locals. Lower ground workforce are underpaid and treated like slaves. No worklife balance. Rascism is common. No career prospects. Definitely not a great workplace.
