No chance to contract with previous owner IBM Contract was honored as part of the take over Better benefits

Cons

Same management same mistake Continues the 3 year LTS sinkhole contract method of employment CEO has poor communication skills management is ill informed still and poor communication skills between upper and lower management Management request ideas but rarely implement them especially the ones that would make a real difference

Location, as long as you don't mind snow Very advanced manufacturing can be interesting and challenging. Some smart people to work with

Poor and very strict culture due to strong eastern influence Very fast paced and stressful Decisions are mostly near sighted with little effort to improve things long term Very poor software, needs to get with the times.
