Poor management in the past, had a new upper management staff about every year. Nepotism runs rampant and there are few opportunities for moving up even when completely overqualified. Also extremely poor human asset management.

With no clear, well defined strategy or plan, company is spiraling down. Manufacturing footprint (US ,Germany Singapore) in most expensive parts of the world is hurting and there is no way to reverse the course. On top of this geographically dispersed footprint the Managment team lacks hands-on experience of foundry business in particular and semiconductor manufacturing in general. Hence lots of analysis with no consensus or decision leaves most customers, vendors and partners shaking their heads!! Frustration among mid to lower level employee is natural with this state of affair, hence complacency is creeping in, instead of urgency.
