Office was decent. Dresden is a decent place to live and not very expensive.

Cons

The organisation seems to be lacking direction completely. The change stance in days and thus the focus also changes. One day they will interview people for a particular role, waste their time and keep promising them that offer is coming. And suddenly one fine day they tell that the requisition itself is not in place.

opportunities to work on multiple projects.. My manager was helpful in shaping my career growth by giving me plenty of opportunities to work on multiple projects..

Cons

systems are pretty outdated.. very long working as with other semicon. fabs.. salaries are not very high and promotions can take a really long time
