advance technology,friendly culture, low cost living place, relax working

Cons

no training, no good document and no procedure to follow up task, difficult software and system, slow response and low efficiency, people only focus on the result but ingore the analysis and the physic understanding, almost no promotion and salary increase.

Tremendous potential in an industry that really wants the company to succeed. Great talent and strong financial backer provide all the right ingredients for success.

Cons

Extremely divisive environment. Relentless execution problems have created a blame culture, political silos and a fat middle layer. Always on the back-foot and playing catch-up to the market leader.

Great Equipment, Advanced Nodes to work on, some great people

Cons

No emphasis on planned skill ramp-up of engineers. Huge struggle to find documentation about key technical steps. No clear definition of a group's goals, activities and key outputs. Everyone is doing everything, lot of replicated efforts. People want to do their job well but not make a good product. Blame shifting happens a lot. Useless procedural formalities keep on piling up.
