Pros

I couldn’t be happier with my role and the benefits it’s provided me fresh out of college. I knew nothing about the semiconductor industry let alone GF before entering this role, but am very much enjoying what I learned and this company in particular. I’ve heard bad stories about semiconductor workplaces now and how GF used to be years ago, and am happy that GF is a good work environment now.

Cons

The transition to full-time from being a student and only interning for a few months at a time was a little more difficult than I thought it would be. I’d say some managers need more guidance on how to onboard new grads into a role.
