Pros

Ideas come from everywhere, colleagues are kind, salary is generous for a nonprofit, thoughtful management.

Cons

Being open for feedback from the entire staff can be overwhelming and inefficient sometimes. While some projects move quickly, others start, stop, start, stop, etc. Same everywhere I think.
