Cons

Everyday went to work looking to see who they let go. Upper management is rude and disrespectful. We had a few hard working supervisors and they released them without making sure that someone was there to cover their responsibilities. workload is over whelming. pt/ members are said to be priority but based on caseload size nurses are unable to provide the care and compassion needed to properly manage pt Dx.

Cons

Right now in preparation for growth the company is a little unorganized as adjustments are made but the end vision/goals are very good.
