A disjointed mess

Pros

Decent healthcare coverage (although premiums are going up), 2.5% 401k match

Cons

Nobody seems to know what direction the company is going in. After a rash of layoffs and a recent move, things just seem all over the place. The people at the top are rarely seen (they commute from Tulsa to OKC maybe twice a week... maybe). Things change from one week to the next without rhyme or reason. People are being hired and quit so quick they can’t even get settled down. If you are looking for long term employment, this isn’t the company for you at this time. The company had two years to decide a place to move and moved at the last possible day from one location to the next. It was a complete mess of epic proportions, they had people working weekends just to make it work. That’s a microcosm of what it is to work there.

Traumatic and Toxic

Pros

Average pay and benefits Some remote options

Cons

This is the absolute worst place I have ever worked. From the beginning the training is awful. They give you all of the tasks of the position at once and expect you to keep up. People hardly use PTO because their plates are so full they can’t afford to miss any time. You are also looked down on if you try to use it or are sick. If you are a people pleaser you will be taken advantage of. Leadership is awful and will bully their employees. If there is someone not in the meeting, they gossip about them. There are zero employee engagement opportunities. I have never lost hair from stress or had a panic attack, and this place gave me both.
