      Decent pay but toxic environment

      Decent pay, Remote working, tolerant of state drug laws

      Cons

      Toxic environment, with very little room for growth. At one point, the admin scheduled a mandatory meeting in which they asked everyone, one by one, why they voted so poorly on the anonymous survey. Known for terminating positions without warning. But it's a fairly new company so there will be issues. They held mandatory meetings with the CEO called "Happy Hour" where we basically had to defend our positions.

      Modern office in the heart of downtown OKC Cheap Health Insurance with United Healthcare Remote positions New bonus plan (starting 2022)

      Terrible new leadership. If you're looking for an employee-oriented company that cares about employees, GlobalHealth is no longer that company. They used to care about Members, Providers, and their workforce. The newly financially backed leadership are looking for profit at any cost. Employee turnover is the worst in the past 2 years, CEO is sitting on the sidelines. No one trusts upper management. No DE&I focus. Limited number of women and minority in leadership. Limited to none, career opportunities for advancement. No work-life balance

      Great coworkers, remote work, and bright future of the company

      No work life balance, executive leadership insists on unsustainable workloads to hit arbitrary deadlines and gets mad when work isn't 100% perfect
