Pros

Learning opportunities and some talented staffing remote work for most positions. Some staff are really dedicated to care for members and doing right.

Cons

Small organization that’s trying to grow. Limited resources and planning benefits are from the 1980s. No educational support. You’ll learn lots of you teach yourself and don’t mind juggling roles.

Decent pay but no bonus system. Insurance Free parking

Cons

Incredibly stressful place to work. Understaffed projects and constant change of direction from senior management resulting in constant chaos. No work life balance unless you sleep at your desk.

Cons

Sometimes can be stressful, but not bad if you are driven. I would like to be offered more PTO.
