Exposure to a lot of tools, great for those new to IT Competitive Pay Manager is great and very down to earth. End users are extremely friendly and professional

Benefits could be better. Lack of communication from upper management can be very frustrating.

Terrible new leadership. If you're looking for an employee-oriented company that cares about employees, GlobalHealth is no longer that company. They used to care about Members, Providers, and their workforce. The newly financially backed leadership are looking for profit at any cost. Employee turnover is the worst in the past 2 years, CEO is sitting on the sidelines. No one trusts upper management. No DE&I focus. Limited number of women and minority in leadership. Limited to none, career opportunities for advancement. No work-life balance
