Working remotely, work is easy if you're self sufficient

Cons

Get ready to do 3x as much work as your coworkers if you show signs of intelligence or competence. They are extremely anal about scheduling and punctuality to the point where you will get marked down if you are 1 minute "late" coming back from a break. Management is completely out of touch with how to make things easier for customers and what is actually needed for efficient, user friendly service.
