Pros

Members of staff are committed and helpful. Depending on the area one is involved in one can get a great overview of the business and it is quite hands on.

Cons

Can be long hours and strict deadlines and alot of juggling. This can very from office to office but there are more problems to solve than there should be hence the long hours.
