Is a really good company with a lot of projects which implements some different technologies and where you can find a high professional level between your mates and learn and teach too much, has a really good environment and benefits.

Cons

Get salary improvements depends a lot on your leads and your project, but for the rest I think is a good company.

Globant has several good things to offer: many projects you can work on, benefits, stability, training.

Cons

It can sometimes be difficult to improve your seniority because it is a process you must do with the team you are working with. If for some reason you need to switch to another team, this process could be affected and you will have to start from scratch.
