      They were hiring when I was looking

      Cons

      Salaries don't track cost-of-living increases. More interested in hiring warm bodies than in fitting talent to requirement. They force-feed you a culture that has nothing to do with what actually happens inside the company

      Bad salary Lots of pressure Bonus more on "being well behaved" than performance Unstable job Assignments even for 3 months, then you'll be moved to another city or laid-off
