Let you work form home

Salaries are very low. Benefits are pathetic. They do not have a clue how to recruit. They just bring you to the company to fill a hot spot then they laid you off. Managers do not know how to run a company in the USA They do not have a clue how to work with american (this is why the have more employees with VIsa). They do not have integrity!

Leading edge of technology. Excellent place to begin your career. Fantastic learning experience.

Cons

Little respect from bosses reflected on low pay (below market average), poor hours, and basically not listening to employees needs.

Good place to learn teamwork, and agile-related tools and techniques

Cons

Poor salary. Poor rotation (if you got in a EA project, they keep assigning you to EA projects). No Work from Home on important clients projects (slap in the face for skillfull devs). The framework for a career plan inside this company is only good for non technical jobs.... mainly managment hhrr and pprr
