      Opportunity to work with companies such as Google, Electronic Arts, etc

      Cons

      They don't care about you or your development, they only care you are billing the clients. My contract stated they were going to pay for half of my housing expenses and car rental, not even 6 months later they came with something else. Not clear policy on holidays, event they say they are international company they were trying to apply argentinian rules on an us based company, for example in Argentina they count saturday and sunday as working days when requesting holidays (which to me does not make sense since saturday and sunday are not working days).

      Pros

      It has very important clients, so the work you do there can literally change the world, or at least be used by lots of people. It offers really good career opportunities, different places to work, enriching experiences. Employee satisfaction is a priority to them, so they have good benefits.

      Cons

      Not a lot really. Maybe the environment is a bit competitive, and since there is a lot of people, it may be difficult to make yourself noticed.
