Globant has a lot of big clients around the world, you get to travel sometimes, and also you can work on any type software: from mobile to pure server backend, from JS web to heavy desktop clients. You can work on Java and .NET and you can learn on the side Python and move to another project with Python. These are examples. The best thing is that you can learn all that you want and more, no company has this in Argentina. Globant gives you the playground, you play. You can be a software engineer and work with presales creating SOWs, interview new applicants with the guys from Recruiting, play ping pong, play with the PS3, work in a hackathon, put your idea to work in Globant Labs. This is another example and this applies to Project Managers, HR, Testers, Directors, FAs: you can dig into other stuff other from what you are being paid for. It's up to you! You can either learn a lot and boost yourself with that, or you can just sit in front of your computer and complain about everything, where you won't have a good time.
