Flexible with hours (to an extent)

Cons

Work environment is stressful. Fully expected to meet daily quota on top of dealing with angry customers all day. Start hourly for three months then switch to pay-by-piece, your paycheck is not guaranteed. If it's slow for multiple days/weeks through no fault of your own, your paycheck will reflect that.
