      People are very nice and the work is decent as its full time & the insurance was aright.

      Cons

      Two things: MAJOR nepotism & micro management....especially down to how much time you take to go pee in the restroom. Supervisors are not understanding.

      Paid learning experience (for me) Needed to be re exposed to heavy HTML / CSS. Sharpened skill set

      Cons

      Management is a JOKE. The people that run the marketing department are lacking in more ways than I can list. This is not a place for professional web design or IT staff. If you require a paycheck while you look for something worthwhile, it might hold you. Note: pay is not even close to being competitive. Also note: this company does NOT pay unemployment benefits to anyone under any circumstances.
