      Globe Life the Revolving door!!! Don't take the job!!!!

      Pros

      First year is usually good due to incentive to Agency Director to put PREMIUMS in the agents name but the 1 year mark it flips on you!!

      Cons

      Once you hit one year you are RYA (Returning year Agent) all incentives are gone and you are left to fend for yourself!!! The first year is to create false hopes of financial stability and motivate you to close as many cases before you have to quit! Keep in mind once you quit all the cases you have closed the Company keeps and you have nothing but charge backs and debt!! They hire an army to close mass cases and just let you fall off and suffer!! This company is a joke and probably the worst insurance company around to work for!!!
