      Remote work is good. First supervisor was cool

      Cons

      Revolving door situation. Phoney people who make a decent job not enjoyable. Schedule unpredictable

      Decent money if you work 7 days a week

      Cons

      work home balance is nonexistent. Provided leads have already been beaten to death for literal years. The only new leads you get are the referrals you generate yourself, which people who have been called and lied to by 40+ people are unlikely to give.

      overtime is available but in hour increments. i.e you can come in one hour early maybe once a week

      Cons

      back to back calls, no more than 4 minutes for a break outside of provided breaks, pay is low, promotions within are low, morale is low/doesn't feel like a team.
