The staff really did an incredible job of creating a family.

Cons

Poor pay for the amount of work and the area you are working in. Constantly would ask you to stay late and cover others people shifts but would look at you like you were crazy if on the rare occurrence you became or ill or could not come in.

Pros

Potential for good money on game days, fun atmosphere, and managers are generally decent (not necessarily at their jobs, but in their hearts). Your coworkers will most likely be a pretty... eclectic group, but that always keeps things interesting.

Cons

Very slow most of the time, and most servers make very little (<100) a shift. You'll experience lots of teenagers, families with small children, and generally low tippers. There are only a few "good" sections in house, and generally they always went to the same favored servers. Too much work for such little pay. Catty and downright bully behavior was a huge issue among a select few of the female staff during my time there, and it was only fueled more by certain managers that constantly looked the other way.
