This company will not provide opportunities for advancement or increase in salary. This company does not allow for a good work/life balance as it's not always possible to leave at the end of the day and having to work the middle chunk of the day every other Saturday. This company also requires its employees to be verbally abused by customers with barely 3rd grade education for issues the customers create for themselves, during the abuse employees are required to take it while not backing up the safety and/or mental health of their employees during the situation. 95% or more of feedback from management is negative.

No room for advancement in the company. No raises worth your time, petty bosses and managers stick together despite what's right.
