starting salary is 17.00 per hour and they don't have a bunch of extras they require you to sell

From the owner of the company on down handled the pandemic horribly. They refused to allow employees to require customers to wear mask and told employees if we asked we would be reprimanded. after an outcry by agents they starting allowing us to lock the doors and service the customers at the door in which did nothing as far as protection because we still were in close proximity to customers. On top of all that the owner of the company went on a social media platform and called the vice-president a derogatory name. that was troubling due to most of his staff is black woman.
