I resigned after exactly one day because the reality is the complete opposite of what was promised in the interview. They claim to operate under US laws, yet they completely ignore US minimum wage standards and refuse to pay in USD. The salaries are shockingly low and severely misaligned with the massive workload and the US market.
The management style is highly regressive, backward, and obsessed with suffocating micromanagement. The team lacks any sense of professionalism and operates blindly with a herd mentality. Furthermore, the recruiter who handled my process is entirely incompetent and unprofessional. It is a completely misleading environment.
